ONLINE RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Effective 6/8/2020, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Fresh Produce will no longer accept returns or exchanges of merchandise purchased online. If items purchased after 6/8/2020 are returned to our warehouse, we will send them back to you. If you need to exchange an item that was purchased prior to 6/8/2020 and is not a FINAL SALE item, return the item and place a new order.

 

 

ONLINE RETURNS purchased prior to 6/8/2020:
To expedite the return process and ensure the accuracy of credit:

  • Items purchased prior to 6/8/2020 marked FINAL SALE on the website, garment or packing slip are not eligible for return.
  • If your item to be returned is not a FINAL SALE item and was purchased prior to 6/8/2020, fill out the MERCHANDISE TO RETURN section on your original packing list. Please help us improve our service by providing the main reason for the return using the codes listed.
  • Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed and include all tags. Include your completed packing list in the package and be sure to keep a duplicate copy of the packing list for your records.
  • Place the shipping label on the outside of the package and mail it back to the address on the label.
  • Return via insured carrier for tracking purposes. Fresh Produce cannot be held responsible for packages lost en route to us. We cannot accept C.O.D. packages.
  • Fresh Produce does not reimburse any shipping charges on returns.
  • The online warehouse cannot process any returns on store purchases.
  • If you need to exchange an item that was purchased prior to 6/8/2020 and is not a final sale item, return the item and place a new order.
  • If items purchased after 6/8/2020 are returned to our warehouse, we will send them back to you.

ELIGIBLE refunds for the purchase price of the merchandise and taxes charged will be made in the form of the original payment. Refunds for purchases made via gift card will be made via a virtual gift certificate sent to the email address associated with the original order. Please allow a minimum of 14 business days for us to receive and process your return. Adjustments to your credit card should appear within two billing cycles.

 

If you cancel your order after the item(s) has shipped, shipping charges will not be refunded.

We are no longer accepting returns or exchanges of merchandise purchased at any of our company-owned retail stores.

We do not offer sale price or shipping fee adjustments for previously purchased products. This includes limited-time promotions, 24-hour or weekend sale promotions, promo codes or free shipping offers.
