UPS Ground Shipping
- Orders should arrive within three to seven business days from the date your order was placed (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) pending credit card authorization and verification.
- All orders placed after 11:00AM PST will be processed the next business day.
- UPS Ground shipping is currently not available to P.O. Boxes.
Second Day or Next Business Day Shipping
- Please keep in mind that expedited shipping is based on business days and does not include weekends or holidays. Our current shipping service does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday. (For instance, if you order on Friday and select overnight shipping, your order will arrive on Monday.)
- All orders placed after 11:00AM PST will be processed the next business day. (For instance, if you order on Friday after 11:00 PST and select overnight shipping, your order will arrive on Tuesday.)
US Postal Service to Alaska, Hawaii and APO

- Expedited service is currently unavailable.
International Orders
- At this time we are unable to ship outside the USA. We are hoping in the near future to offer this service worldwide.
Out of Stock Merchandise
- We work hard to make sure that everything offered on our Web site is in stock. At this time, Fresh Produce is not able to backorder out of stock merchandise; if an item you ordered is temporarily out of stock, it will be cancelled from your order and you will not be charged for that item. We do replenish stock frequently, so please check back with us often to re-order your item(s)!
