Returns and Exchanges

 

DOMESTIC

Fresh Produce Online will gladly accept returns of merchandise purchased online that is unworn, unwashed or defective for a full refund within 30 days of shipment. Refunds for the purchase price of the merchandise and taxes charged will be made in the form of the original payment. Refunds for purchases made via gift card will be made via a virtual gift certificate sent to the email address associated with the original order. Please allow a minimum of 14 business days for us to receive and process your return. Adjustments to your credit card should appear within two billing cycles. If you cancel your order after the item(s) has shipped, shipping charges will not be refunded .Fresh Produce Online cannot currently accept returns for purchases made in stores.
*Please note: Although we are working hard towards paid returns for our online customers, Fresh produce does not currently offer free returns.  
 

 

RETURNS BY MAIL
To expedite the return process and ensure the accuracy of credit:

  • Fill out the MERCHANDISE TO RETURN section on your original packing list. Please help us improve our service by providing the main reason for the return using the codes listed.
  • Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed and include all tags. Include your completed packing list in the package and be sure to keep a duplicate copy of the packing list for your records.
  • Place the shipping label on the outside of the package and mail it back to the address on the label.
  • Return via insured carrier for tracking purposes. Fresh Produce cannot be held responsible for packages lost en route to us. We cannot accept C.O.D. packages.
  • Fresh Produce does not reimburse any shipping charges on returns.
  • The online warehouse cannot process any returns on store purchases. Please contact the store directly.

RETURNS TO A COMPANY-OWNED FRESH PRODUCE STORE
You may return your purchase to any of our company-owned retail stores. Bring in your item(s), the credit card used and the complete order summary that came with your order. We will credit the purchase price of the merchandise in addition to any taxes you were charged (excluding shipping charges).

Independent Fresh Produce dealers are unable to accept any returns.

Purchases made at a store (not online) must be returned to a physical store location. Fresh Produce Online cannot accept returns for store purchases.

 

EXCHANGES
We love shopping online as much as you do, and hope you find the size that fits you best in the color(s) you love most! If you do require a different item/color/size, please visit our Web site to place a new order. Follow the instructions above to return the unwanted item. We're working hard to expand our online services, however at this time Fresh Produce Online is unable to accommodate exchanges.

 

SALE PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
Should an item you purchased at full price and without any promotions/coupons go on sale on our Web site within 14 days of the original ship date you may contact Customer Service at freshproduce@fpcolor.com for a one-time price adjustment. Adjustments for the difference in price will be made in the original form of payment. Items purchased on sale or with a promotion/coupon will not be price-adjusted. Price adjustments are given for merchandise sales only; shipping fees are not eligible for price adjustments. Please allow a minimum of 14 days for us to process your adjustment. Adjustments to your credit card should appear within two billing cycles.

If an item you purchased at a sale price falls under a deeper sale price through a promotion, we will not give price adjustments. These include limited-time promotions, 24-hour or weekend sale promotions, and/or promo codes.
