RETURNS
Fresh Produce Online will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed and/or defective merchandise for full refund on merchandise purchased online. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Please allow a minimum of 14 days for us to receive and process your return. Adjustments to your credit card should appear within two billing cycles.
Exchanges
Due to availability concerns, we are unable to accommodate exchanges at this time. If you require a different item/color/size, please visit the site to place a new order.
Returns by Mail
To expedite the return process and ensure the accuracy of any credit:
- Fill out the MERCHANDISE TO RETURN section on your original packing list. Please help us improve our service by providing the main reason for the return using the codes listed.
- Wrap the item(s) in the original packaging. Pieces should be in original condition and include all tags. Include your completed packing list in the package and be sure to keep a duplicate copy of the packing list for your records.
- Place the shipping label on the outside of the box and mail it back to the address on the label.
- Return via insured carrier for tracking purposes. We cannot accept C.O.D. packages.
- Fresh Produce does not reimburse for the shipping costs on returns.

Returns to a company owned Fresh Produce store
Returning your purchase at any of our company owned retail stores is fast and easy. Just bring in your item(s), the credit card used and the complete order summary that came with your order to any of our Fresh Produce stores. We'll credit the value of the merchandise total and any taxes you were charged (excluding shipping and handling charges).

Independent Fresh Produce dealers are unable to accept any returns for any reason.
Refunding delivery charges
We cannot refund original delivery and handling fees associated with your order. If you cancel your order after the item has been shipped, delivery and handling costs will not be refunded.
Price Adjustments
We’ve all been there. You purchase an item on line at a full price and then a week later you find out it’s been marked down. Don’t worry. Fresh Produce has a one-time 14 day price adjustment policy for such an occasion. Here’s what to do:
To obtain a price adjustment on an online item that was purchased at full price and is marked down within 14 days of the purchase date, send us an email message at fpreturns@fpcolor.com within the fourteen (14) day window. Include your order number in your email message. If you are within the deadline, Fresh Produce can refund you the difference in your original form of payment!
Kindly note: Items that were purchased on sale or with a discount are not eligible for a price adjustment. Price adjustments on items purchased at a FP Retail location must be handled at a FP Retail store.
