Q How do I cancel an order I placed online?
A If you would like to cancel your order for any reason, please e-mail fpcolor@fpcolor.com or mail@fpcolor.com as soon as possible. We will do everything that we can to accommodate your request. Keep in mind that our system is designed to fill orders and get them on their way as quickly as possible! As a result, we cannot cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process.

Q How do I purchase a gift card online?
A In the footer of our website there is a Shop section. Under this you can click Gift Cards and you will be brought to a page where you can add a gift card to your cart.

 

Q How long will it take to receive my gift card?
A Gift cards will be shipped within 3-7 business days from the date your order was placed (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) pending credit card authorization and verification. For more information on our shipping policy please click here.

 

Q Will I be charged shipping if I purchase a gift card only?
A If you purchase a gift card, you will be charged for shipping. If you purchase a gift card as well as apparel and/or accessories in the same transaction, you will be charged the standard shipping rate.

 

Q How will my gift card be delivered?
A Physical gift cards will be shipped via FedEx. Please be aware that physical gift cards will ship separately from apparel/accessories if these items were purchased in the same transaction.

 

Q Can I use a gift card purchased online in your stores?
A Yes, gift cards purchased online can be used in Fresh Produce Company Owned stores.

 

Q How do I redeem a gift card online?
A After placing the items you’d like to purchase in your cart, go to checkout and fill in shipping contact, billing contact and shipping method information. Once this is complete, payment options, including gift cards, will pop up.

 

Q Can I redeem more than one gift card at a time online?
A No, only one gift card may be redeemed for an online purchase at a time.

 

Q How can I check the balance on my gift card?
A  You can check your card balance anytime at checkbalance.rewardforloyalty.com.

 

Q Can I use a gift card purchased in your stores online?
A Yes, the credit card sized gift cards with 16 digits on the back, sold in Fresh Produce company owned stores, can be used as a form of payment online.

 

Q Can I use a gift card purchased at a Handpicked Fresh Produce store online?
A No, Handpicked Fresh Produce stores are independent partners.  Gift cards purchased at these stores can only be redeemed at the store it was purchased from.

 

Q Can I use a paper gift certificate purchased at a Fresh Produce store online?
A  No, only the credit card sized gift cards with 16 digits on the back can be used as a form of payment online. If you have a paper gift certificate you may use this at any of our company-owned stores. Fresh Produce Company Owned stores

 

Q If I return an item purchased online with a gift card, how will it be refunded? 
A Refunds for the purchase price of the merchandise and taxes charged will be made in the form of the original payment. A Go to our Find A Store! section of the site to find a store near you or your next vacation destination!

 

Q How do I find local retailers that carry Fresh Produce?
A It's easy! You can buy Fresh Produce clothing at more than 500 authorized Fresh Produce dealers. To find a dealer location near you, go to Find A Store! and search by your state section.

 

Q What is a Fresh Produce Handpicked Store?
A Our Fresh Produce Handpicked Stores are independently owned and operated by specially-selected Fresh Produce dealers who have been approved to carry up to 100% representation of Fresh Produce at their location. If you would like more information, contact sales@fpcolor.com.

 

Q Can I purchase Fresh Produce for my organization or corporate event?
A We're sorry, but Fresh Produce sells wholesale to authorized dealers only. Therefore, we do not accept requests for custom designs or products.

Q Can I get a sale price adjustment?
A For Domestic Shoppers Only:  Should an item you purchased at full price and without any promotions/coupons go on sale on our Web site within 14 days of the original ship date you may contact Customer Service at mail@fpcolor.com for a one-time price adjustment. Adjustments for the difference in price will be made in the original form of payment. Items purchased on sale or with a promotion/coupon will not be price-adjusted. Price adjustments are given for merchandise sales only; shipping fees are not eligible for price adjustments. Please allow a minimum of 14 business days for us to process your adjustment. Adjustments to your credit card should appear within two billing cycles.

 

Q Can I request a backorder on out of stock merchandise?
A  We work hard to make sure that everything offered on our website is in stock. At this time, Fresh Produce is not able to backorder out of stock merchandise; if an item you ordered is temporarily out of stock, it will be cancelled from your order and you will not be charged for that item. We do replenish stock frequently, so please check back often to re-order your item(s)! 

 

Q Can I use my Credit Card Gift Card to purchase Fresh Produce online?
A  We want to keep our online shopping process as secure as possible, so we cannot accept credit card gift cards as a form of payment at this time. This includes all major credit card gift cards, such as Amex, Mastercard, and Visa gift cards. To make a purchase online, please use any major credit card with a physical billing address.

 

Q How do I know if I am eligible to purchase under a limited time promotion sale?
A  To keep our promotions as fair as possible, we begin and end sales according to the time zone of our home office in Boulder, Colorado. All online sales and promotional discounts will begin and end according to Mountain Standard Time. For example, if we are having a 24-hour sale, it will end at midnight MDT, 8:00 PM HST, 10:00 PM AKDT, 11:00 PM PDT, 1:00 AM CDT, and 2:00 AM EDT.

 

Q After attempting to pay with my PayPal account, a message came onto my screen stating that the transaction had been declined. What does this mean?
A  If you have an account with PayPal, both a regular and “Bill Me Later” account, the credit card associated with the account must be up to date. If the credit card is expired, PayPal/Fresh Produce cannot accept the payment. If you have a Bill Me Later account, and the credit card will expire within one month, PayPal/Fresh Produce cannot accept the payment. Ex. Expires 11/2012, all transactions will be declined in 11/2012. If you continue to have problems playing with your PayPal account, please contact PayPal directly to update your account information.

A Fresh Produce uses a special dying process to create our unique, vibrant colors. Q If I think I have a defective product, how can I return it or get it replaced?
A If you think you've received a defective product by mistake, please email us at mail@fpcolor.com. Be sure to include your order number and a short description of what is wrong with the item. Our Customer Service team will review this information and help provide you with a replacement.
