Welcome to Fresh Produce Online. Fresh Produce designed this site to make your entire shopping experience as simple and as fun as possible. We understand that you might have a few questions regarding shopping or browsing the online store, so please see below — we've tried to anticipate your questions. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Fresh Produce Online will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed and/or defective merchandise for full refund on merchandise purchased online. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Please allow a minimum of 14 days for us to receive and process your return. Adjustments to your credit card should appear within two billing cycles.
Exchanges
Due to availability concerns, we are unable to accommodate exchanges at this time. If you require a different item/color/size, please visit the site to place a new order.
Returns by Mail
To expedite the return process and ensure the accuracy of any credit:
- Fill out the "MERCHANDISE TO RETURN" section on your original packing list. Please help us improve our service by providing the main reason for the return using the codes listed.
- Wrap the item(s) in the original packaging. Pieces should be in original condition and include all tags. Include your completed packing list in the package and be sure to keep a duplicate copy of the packing list for your records.
- Place the shipping label on the outside of the box and mail it back to the address on the label.
- Return via insured carrier for tracking purposes. We cannot accept C.O.D. packages.

Returns to a company owned Fresh Produce store
Returning your purchase at any of our company owned retail stores is fast and easy. Just bring in your item(s), the credit card used and the complete order summary that came with your order to any of our Fresh Produce stores. We'll credit the value of the merchandise total and any taxes you were charged (excluding shipping and handling charges).

Independent Fresh Produce dealers are unable to accept any returns for any reason. It's just the way it is.
Refunding delivery charges
We cannot refund original delivery and handlings fees associated with your order. If you cancel your order after the item has been shipped, delivery and handling costs will not be refunded.

A: FP goes Green! We will no longer be mailing paper catalogs. Please sign up for our email newsletter for all the latest information on new products, events & promotions. You can also check this website often for fun updates.

Q: What is a Fresh Produce Handpicked Store?
A: Our Fresh Produce Handpicked Stores are independently owned and operated by specially selected Fresh Produce dealers who have been approved to carry up to 100% representation of Fresh Produce at their location. Eleven Fresh Produce Handpicked stores have been launched and we plan to establish a community of 20 more Handpicked stores over the next five years. Q: How do I get notified about Fresh Produce Warehouse sales?
A: Several times a year, we hold warehouse sales events to liquidate our past season's merchandise, overruns, and irregular merchandise. You'll never know where they might turn up. We offer great deals, with everything marked at least 60% off retail prices. Join our email list or check the Warehouse Sale section of this site for our next sale date.

A: We're sorry, but Fresh Produce sells wholesale to authorized dealers only. Therefore, we do not accept requests for custom designs or products.

A: Fresh Produce carries standard as well as plus sizes, and our children's collections include infant (sizes 6 months to 24 months), toddler (2T - 4T), and Kids (5-6X/7). Go to our size chart for detailed specifications.

A: Returns can be handled either through our online return process (see above) or brought to a Fresh Produce company-owned store. Please note the reason for the return so that we may improve our service. Note that Fresh Produce Handpicked stores and independent dealers cannot accept your returns.
