Q: How do I cancel an order I placed online?
A: If for any reason you would like to cancel your order with freshproduce.com, please call 1.800.800.0826 for Domestic and 1.800.942.0721 for International orders as soon as possible. We will do everything that we can to accommodate your request. Keep in mind that our system is designed to fill orders and get them on their way as quickly as possible! As a result, we cannot cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process.

A: FP goes Green! We will no longer be mailing paper catalogs. Please sign up for our email newsletter for all the latest information on new products, events & promotions. You can also check this website often for fun updates.

A: It's easy! You can buy Fresh Produce clothing at more than 400 authorized Fresh Produce dealers. To find a dealer location near you, go to Find FP Stores! and search in our city and state section.
Q: What is a Fresh Produce Handpicked Store?
A: Our Fresh Produce Handpicked Stores are independently owned and operated by specially-selected Fresh Produce dealers who have been approved to carry up to 100% representation of Fresh Produce at their location. If you would like more information, contact email@example.com.
Q: How can I be notified about Fresh Produce Warehouse Sales?
A: We hold a warehouse sales event to liquidate our past season's merchandise, overruns, and irregular merchandise. You never know where they might turn up! We offer great deals, with everything marked at least 60% off retail prices. Join our email list or check the Warehouse Sale section of this site for our next sale date.
Q: Can I purchase Fresh Produce for my organization or corporate event?
A: We're sorry, but Fresh Produce sells wholesale to authorized dealers only. Therefore, we do not accept requests for custom designs or products.
Q: Can I get a sale price adjustment?
A: For Domestic Shoppers Only: Should an item you purchased at full price and without any promotions/coupons go on sale on our Web site within 14 days of the original ship date you may contact Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org for a one-time price adjustment. Adjustments for the difference in price will be made in the original form of payment. Items purchased on sale or with a promotion/coupon will not be price-adjusted. Price adjustments are given for merchandise sales only; shipping fees are not eligible for price adjustments. Please allow a minimum of 14 business days for us to process your adjustment. Adjustments to your credit card should appear within two billing cycles.
Q: Can I request a backorder on out of stock merchandise?
A: We work hard to make sure that everything offered on our Web site is in stock. At this time, Fresh Produce is not able to backorder out of stock merchandise; if an item you ordered is temporarily out of stock, it will be cancelled from your order and you will not be charged for that item. We do replenish stock frequently, so please check back with us often to re-order your item(s)!
